What he saw
During COVID, he watched service businesses fail for a reason that had nothing to do with their trade.
For years, Emaan was selling to small service businesses. The shop, the clinic, the local operator trying to keep the lights on. Then COVID hit, and he watched a lot of them disappear.
Not because they were bad at their trade. The plumber could still plumb. The clinic still knew medicine. They went under because of everything around the trade. When the foot traffic stopped, the world moved online overnight, and the businesses that were already visible, the ones with systems, were the ones customers found.

Why Susanoo
The name works on two levels, and both are the point.
Emaan grew up on Naruto, the long-running Japanese anime about a young outcast who refuses to quit and slowly becomes the strongest force in his village. In the series, Susanoo is a towering guardian a character can summon, a giant figure of energy that forms around them and fights on their behalf.
The name also reaches back to the myth Naruto borrowed it from. In Japanese legend, Susanoo is the god of storms and the sea, who slays an eight-headed serpent to protect the people under his watch.
Both meanings point at the same thing. Susanoo is the power that forms around you and does the work, so one owner can stand in for a whole team.
