How we stand behind the work
Your money pays for work done, so instead of refunds, we guarantee the work itself. If we ever fall short, we do more work, not less. We do not issue cash refunds. We do not get an escape hatch, so the only way out is to make it right.
What we do when something goes wrong
- If your install runs past the committed timeline, billing pauses until you are live. You do not pay for time you did not get.
- If the build is not right, we rebuild it free within the first 90 days.
- If something else has gone wrong, contact us before anything: we would rather fix the problem than argue about it.
What is not refunded
- Fees for service periods that have been delivered or made available
- Setup and build work already performed under your agreement

This page summarizes the remedies in our standard agreement. Your signed agreement is the governing document: if it differs from this page, the agreement controls. This policy operates alongside our Terms of Service and does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
