Who decides if an item is done?
The done-test written on your checklist. You approve it, or tell us within 5 business days why it isn't. After 5 business days, it counts as done for the guarantee.

The Done-For-You Guarantee
- Everything on your signed checklist gets done.
- Your checklist is built from your scope.
- If less than 70% of it is done by day 30, or by the end of any month, you stop paying until it is, and we keep working.
- Above 70%, we finish the rest at no extra charge.

- By day 90, every hat your roadmap hands to us is off your head, including your software running your business on the 12-month term.

The checklist is the promise.
- In your first week,
- we write your checklist together. Every item has a plain test for "done" and a weight for how much work it is. We both sign it.
- You see it live.
- Each item is ticked on your dashboard as it's done, with a countdown to day 30.
- It's weighted.
- A big job counts for more than a small one, so 70% means 70% of the estimated work, not 70% of the items.
- You approve.
- You have 3 business days to approve an item, and 5 business days to tell us if something marked done isn't. After that, it counts as done.
- Every month after,
- a new monthly checklist, agreed before the month starts and measured the same way.
- New items you add
- after signing sit outside that month's measure, so the bar never moves on you or on us.
Day 30, day 90 and month-end dates are calendar days. If one falls on a weekend or holiday, it moves to the next business day. Approval windows are business days.
