Will AI write things for my school?
AI drafts the first version of written steps, the staff handbook and your website's program story from your own notes. A person on your team edits and signs off every page.
Who we work with
For the owner of a child care centre, school or learning business doing $500,000 or more a year with 2 to 49 users.
One account manager and six specialists run your marketing, sales, operations, automation, AI and software, so you can build the business instead of covering every room.
You open the doors, then spend the morning phoning around because a teacher or instructor called in sick.
Parents write in the evening. You answer between classes, after pickup, or not until the weekend.
Tour times live in your own phone.
Tuition and forms are chased by hand. Records sit in a binder.
At month end you open three tools to learn which families are behind and which rooms have space.
Marketing: The website still shows last term. The open house is announced late.
Sales: A parent who never hears back assumes there is no room.
Operations: A record is right only if the director remembers where it is.
Automation: A person copies the same figures from one tool to the next every week.
AI: The handbook, the written steps and the website each say slightly different things, because each was written by a different person on a different day.
Software: Enrolment, tuition and attendance live in three places.
The six departments
The problem: Nobody owns the content calendar, so it stops when the rooms get busy.
What we do: Your marketing specialist plans posts and parent guides to your intake and term dates. The monthly progress report lists what was published and the enquiries by source.
You stop: Starting each term's posts from a blank calendar.
You can tell: Each post and guide shows on your live checklist as it is published.
The problem: Enquiries wait on a busy director.
What we do: We set up your CRM so every enquiry has a stage and a last contact, and we train your director or front desk to guide a tour toward a decision. We do not sell for you.
You stop: Remembering where each family stands.
You can tell: The CRM shows every enquiry, its stage and its last contact.
The problem: Cover for an absent teacher depends on the director's memory.
What we do: We write the steps for opening, closing and sick-day cover, set weekly numbers for the director and train your team on them.
You stop: Rebuilding the sick-day cover list every morning.
You can tell: Each written process and the people trained on it are on your checklist.
The problem: Figures and details are copied by hand between tools.
What we do: We move data between your tools, fix the automations we build when they break, and a person checks the exceptions.
You stop: Copying names and figures from tool to tool.
You can tell: Each automation we build has its own line on the checklist.
The problem: The handbook, the steps and the website say different things.
What we do: We use AI to draft the first version of your written steps, your staff handbook and your website's program story, from your own notes. A person on your team edits and signs off every page.
You stop: Writing every document from a blank page.
You can tell: The checklist shows each drafted document and who signed it off.
The problem: Enrolment, tuition, attendance and schedules are scattered.
What we do: On the 12-month term, we connect what you use and build what is missing from the build pool, set with you. Two examples are staff schedules and a weekly numbers view for the director.
You stop: Re-keying the same details in three places.
You can tell: The build plan is shown to you by day 10, and you choose what goes in it.
Six items come first, and your checklist gives each one a plain test for "done".
Day 1 to day 90 is set out under Our guarantees below.
Access in week one: your website, social accounts, email, phone line and calendar.
Read your website as a first-time parent would, and list every question it leaves open.
Map every way an enquiry arrives: phone, form, walk-in, social, referral or school.
Your CRM running by day 10, with stages set with you.
Written steps for sick-day cover, opening and closing.
Your team trained on the CRM and the new steps, and the software build plan mapped.
We build the written steps and checklists your team works from.
Tools we connect: Stripe and Square for payments, QuickBooks and Xero for the books, Google Calendar, Calendly and Zoom for your calendar and calls, and your Google Business Profile listing and Facebook page.
Your child care management software, student information system and scheduling tools stay in place.
Tool names belong to their owners. Susanoo is not affiliated with them.
Provincial rules apply.
A figure here describes a country at one date. It does not predict what your business will do.
In 2024, Canada had 14,523 centre-based child care providers, which cared for 909,158 children.
Providers, not firms.
In 2025, 58% of children aged 0 to 5 in Canada were in child care (56% in 2023).
A parent-reported survey of children, not of centres.
Is this for you
More enquiries on their own will not fix full rooms. Leads come from the systems behind them, and the account manager checks the fit on the call.

Day 1
Day 10
Day 30
Running means marketing, sales, operations, automation, AI and software are all working through your signed checklist.
Day 90
Everything on your signed checklist gets done. Your checklist is built from your scope. If less than 70% of it is done by day 30, or by the end of any month, you stop paying until it is, and we keep working. Above 70%, we finish the rest at no extra charge.
By day 90, every hat your roadmap hands to us is off your head, including your software running your business on the 12-month term. If one isn't, you stop paying until it is.
Don't click with a specialist? Tell us and we swap them within 5 business days. No charge, no limit, no reason needed.
Your part: the weekly call for the first 90 days, access to your tools in week one, approvals within 3 business days, your content and photos. Days we spend waiting on you don't count against us.
A billing pause covers your monthly fee. It doesn't cover ad spend, phone and text usage, tools in your name, or work quoted separately.
AI drafts the first version of written steps, the staff handbook and your website's program story from your own notes. A person on your team edits and signs off every page.
The checklist is written with you in week one, around your term dates, so the busy weeks are planned for before they arrive.
No. Your software stays. Where there are gaps, we build around how you work, and you choose what goes in.
Full rooms hide the other problems: staffing gaps, late tuition, scattered records, and a second site you cannot open while everything waits on you.
Yes. The departments are the same. The records, the admissions cycle and the tools differ, and the discovery call covers them.
