Your six hats

One account manager and six specialists run your marketing, sales, operations, automation, AI and software, so the diary and the front desk stop living in your head and your phone.

  • Marketing: Good work gets shown in bursts instead of on a plan.

  • Sales: Enquiries come in through five places, trials and quotes go cold, and slots stay empty.

  • Operations: One person carries the schedule and the room plan.

  • Automation: The day's bookings and card sales are typed into the books a second time, by hand.

  • AI: The week never gets written up, so a room clash or a short supply is a surprise.

  • Software: How you sell is not how the booking app thinks.

The six departments

Six departments, built around your diary and your front desk.

  • Marketing

The problem: Your best work does not reach your pages on a steady schedule, and when it does, it goes up in a rush.

What we do: Your marketing specialist plans posts and short guides about your services and your space, and keeps your Google profile current.

You stop: Posting whenever you find a spare hour.

You can tell: Open the monthly progress report and read the list of what was published.

  • Sales

The problem: Enquiries and trial requests arrive in several places, and empty slots stay empty.

What we do: We build one inbox for every enquiry, write a price and options sheet for your services and packages, and train your front desk to offer the next booking before a client leaves. Selling stays with your front desk, and we do not call your leads.

You stop: Answering the same pricing question for every new enquiry.

You can tell: A test enquiry from the website form, a social message and your Google listing each shows up in the CRM.

  • Operations

The problem: The schedule, the room plan and cover for an absence sit in one head.

What we do: We write your routines down for your team (opening, closing and a no-show), set up one schedule and plan how a new hire is onboarded.

You stop: Teaching every new hire by letting them watch you.

You can tell: The written routines are ticked off on your live checklist.

  • Automation

The problem: Booking and card totals are retyped into the books.

What we do: We move booking and payment data into your books, and we fix the automations we build when they break.

You stop: Retyping the day's sales.

You can tell: Each automation we set up gets a line on the checklist, next to the booking and payment tools it connects.

  • AI

The problem: Nobody has an hour to write up the week, so trouble shows up only when it lands.

What we do: You jot rough notes through the week, with no client names. AI turns them into a summary for your team. A person checks the AI's work, then decides what to do.

You stop: Reading the week back from memory.

You can tell: The checklist names each AI tool in use and the person who reviews its work.

  • Software

The problem: Your booking app handles appointments, not the way you sell.

What we do: We build the missing piece around how you work, such as package and membership tracking and room and staff rules, and on the 12-month term we host and maintain it in your first year.

You stop: Patching the app with a spreadsheet and your memory.

You can tell: A written plan for what gets built reaches you by day 10, and you approve it within 3 business days.

First 30 days

Six items open your checklist, and each one has its own test for "done".

Day 1, day 10, day 30 and day 90 are dated under Our guarantees below, next to what "running" means.

  1. Access in week one: your booking app, calendar, payment tool, Google Business Profile, social accounts and accounting tool.

  2. Your CRM set up by day 10, with its structure for clients, visits and bookings.

  3. A build plan mapped by day 10 for your packages, memberships and rooms, as you set them.

  4. Every enquiry lands in one place: the website form, social messages and your Google listing.

  5. Your team trained, with house routines written for opening, closing and a no-show.

  6. The first month of posts planned for your approval.

Rules and tools

Software we connect with: Google Calendar and Calendly for your calendar, Square and Stripe for card payments, QuickBooks and Xero for the books, Shopify for online retail, and Google Business Profile and Facebook for your listing and your page.

The software your trade uses comes in a few families: salon and spa booking with point of sale, gym and studio management, and general scheduling.

Tool names belong to their owners. Susanoo is not affiliated with them.

Provincial rules apply.

The numbers

These figures count businesses in one country in one year. They do not describe your business.

Is this for you

Is this for you?

A good fit

  • You own a salon, barbershop, nail salon, spa, gym or studio, or run a training business with coaches on the team, and you do $500,000 or more a year with 2 to 49 users.
  • You want a bigger business, not only a fuller book, and you will do your part: the weekly call for your first 90 days, your tools in week one and approvals within 3 business days.

Not a fit yet

  • Working on your own, or running under $500,000 a year. We send free guides to anyone below the floor.

More enquiries alone do not fill a diary that is badly run. The systems behind a lead decide what it is worth, and your account manager checks the fit with you on the call.

Our guarantees

If we fall behind, you stop paying.

  1. Day 1

    Work starts.

  2. Day 10

Your CRM is running and your build is mapped.

  3. Day 30

    Every department running.

Running means marketing, sales, operations, automation, AI and software are all working through your signed checklist.

  4. Day 90

    Full effect.

  1. The Done-For-You Guarantee

Everything on your signed checklist gets done. Your checklist is built from your scope. If less than 70% of it is done by day 30, or by the end of any month, you stop paying until it is, and we keep working. Above 70%, we finish the rest at no extra charge.

  2. The One Less Hat Guarantee

By day 90, every hat your roadmap hands to us is off your head, including your software running your business on the 12-month term. If one isn't, you stop paying until it is.

  3. The Right-Person Guarantee

Don't click with a specialist? Tell us and we swap them within 5 business days. No charge, no limit, no reason needed.

Your part: the weekly call for the first 90 days, access to your tools in week one, approvals within 3 business days, your content and photos. Days we spend waiting on you don't count against us.

A billing pause covers your monthly fee. It doesn't cover ad spend, phone and text usage, tools in your name, or work quoted separately.

FAQs

My diary runs on people and rooms, not only on times. Can a booking app hold that?

Rules like these are what the software department builds: rooms matched to people, package and membership tracking, and class limits. They go into the build plan, which reaches you by day 10.

I cannot leave the chair or the floor to run a project.

The work fits around your hours. You give us your tools in week one, join the weekly call for your first 90 days and approve the plan within 3 business days, and one account manager and six specialists do the rest.

Can you handle packages, memberships and gift cards?

The software department builds what your app does not.

Will you be selling to my clients for me?

No. Your front desk and your team hold every sales conversation, and our part is the inbox, the price sheet and the training.

Which of our tools do you connect?

Google Calendar and Calendly for your calendar, Square and Stripe for card payments, QuickBooks and Xero for the books, Shopify for online retail, and Google Business Profile and Facebook for your listing and your page.
