Every job is different. Can a template really quote it?
The template carries your wording, your terms and your standard extras. You change the job-specific lines each time.
Who we work with
For companies doing $500,000 or more a year with 2 to 49 users.
One account manager and six specialists run your marketing, sales, operations, automation, AI and software, so the quote work, the schedule and the office keep moving while you are on site.
For small and mid-size residential and light commercial contractors.
You are on a roof, under a sink or on a job site early. Then the evening starts.
Sales: The quote is the sale, and it waits until you are home. Then it goes quiet.
Operations: The week's schedule is a group chat. One no-show sub moves other jobs with it.
Automation: A signed quote does not become a booked job until someone remembers. The invoice goes out late.
AI: The site notes are in your head and your phone, and the write-up waits for the evening.
Software: What was agreed on the change order is in an old text.
The six departments
What we do: Your marketing specialist plans your marketing for your trade and builds a website that gives people a way to get in touch.
You stop: Posting when you remember.
You can tell: Each post and page shows on your live checklist as it is published, and the monthly progress report lists them.
The problem: Quotes are written at night, and which ones are still open lives in your head.
What we do: We build quote templates and one board that shows every open quote and its stage, and we train your estimator or crew lead to run the quote conversation. The selling stays with you.
You stop: Writing each quote from a blank page.
You can tell: You open one board and see every open quote and its stage.
The problem: The schedule lives in your head and a group chat, and a warranty callback lands on a crew that is already booked.
What we do: We write the job checklist from signed quote to final walk-through, set up one schedule your crew can open on a phone, and keep subcontractor details and callbacks in one place.
You stop: Re-explaining each job. Being the only one who knows the schedule.
You can tell: The written checklist and the schedule are on your live checklist, and your crew leads have used them.
The problem: Invoices and job set-up are done by hand, or not at all.
What we do: We connect your accounting tool so invoices and paid status stay in step, and we start the job and the schedule entry when a quote is accepted. We fix the automations we build when they break.
You stop: Retyping the same job details.
You can tell: A test quote runs through the whole chain, and every automation is listed on your checklist.
The problem: Site notes pile up until you write them up at night.
What we do: AI turns your site notes into job debriefs, with a person checking.
AI is a tool our team uses. The team is the product.
You stop: Writing up the day from memory at night.
You can tell: The checklist lists where AI is used and who signed off each draft.
The problem: Off-the-shelf tools assume a generic business, so change orders and callbacks end up in texts.
What we do: We build the missing piece around how your jobs run: quotes, schedules, change orders, subcontractor details and callbacks together, usable from a phone. We host and maintain it in your first year on the 12-month term.
You stop: Keeping a spreadsheet, a notebook and a text thread side by side.
You can tell: The build plan is mapped by day 10 and listed on your checklist. The day 90 promise for the software applies on the 12-month term, and it is under Our guarantees below.
These eight items open your checklist, and each has a plain test for "done".
The full timeline, day 1 to day 90, is under Our guarantees below.
Access in week one: your accounting tool, calendar, email, phone numbers and any job software.
Your CRM running by day 10, with the stages of a job from enquiry to final walk-through, including quote sent, accepted, scheduled and in progress.
Invoices and paid status kept in step with your accounting tool.
A written checklist from signed quote to final walk-through for your main job type.
One schedule your crew can open on a phone.
A change-order form that lives with the job, not in a text thread.
Finished-job photos and notes saved to the job record.
A written list of the questions customers ask most, with your answers.
Tools we connect: QuickBooks and Xero for the books, Stripe and Square for taking payment, Google Calendar, Calendly and Zoom for site visits and booked calls, and Google Business Profile for your listing details.
For field service software, job management software and project management software for builders and renovators, we tell you on the discovery call whether we connect to it or build around it.

Establishments with one or more employees, not firms.
Is this for you
More leads alone do not fix a business that loses its quotes. What a lead is worth depends on the systems behind it, and your account manager checks the fit with you on the call.

Day 1
Day 10
Day 30
Running means marketing, sales, operations, automation, AI and software are all working through your signed checklist.
Day 90
Everything on your signed checklist gets done. Your checklist is built from your scope. If less than 70% of it is done by day 30, or by the end of any month, you stop paying until it is, and we keep working. Above 70%, we finish the rest at no extra charge.
By day 90, every hat your roadmap hands to us is off your head, including your software running your business on the 12-month term. If one isn't, you stop paying until it is.
Don't click with a specialist? Tell us and we swap them within 5 business days. No charge, no limit, no reason needed.
Your part: the weekly call for the first 90 days, access to your tools in week one, approvals within 3 business days, your content and photos. Days we spend waiting on you don't count against us.
A billing pause covers your monthly fee. It doesn't cover ad spend, phone and text usage, tools in your name, or work quoted separately.
The template carries your wording, your terms and your standard extras. You change the job-specific lines each time.
Work starts on your start date either way. In a busy season, the first jobs are the schedule and the written checklist. In a slow one, they are the job records and your list of customer questions.
It is one call. The checklist, the schedule and the job records are built so they do not wait on you being at a desk.
Yes. That is a build item for the software department, and the plan is mapped by day 10.
No. Your bookkeeper still does the books. We only link the accounting tool to the jobs, so each invoice and its paid status match.
Yes. Your estimator or crew lead has the conversation. We build the tools and the training, and we do not sell for you.
