A job cannot wait for a meeting. How does a weekly call fit?
It is a single call a week. The dispatch board and the customer records keep working without you at a desk.
Plumbing
For plumbing companies doing $500,000 or more a year with 2 to 49 users.
A dispatch board for your techs, an invoice that follows the visit, and a record of each regular customer's fixtures.
Operations: Dispatch runs on phone calls and texts to each tech, and nobody sees who is where or who is free for the urgent job.
Automation: The invoice is written after the day ends, and someone checks by hand what has been paid.
Sales: A repair-or-replace or install quote goes out late, then sits.
Software: The history of each customer's fixtures and past visits lives in a tech's memory or on a paper ticket.
Operations:
We build one dispatch board with each tech's day and the open urgent jobs, and your techs open it on a phone. You stop being the switchboard. Each tech has opened it, and it is on your checklist.
Automation:
We connect the job to your accounting tool, so a finished visit becomes an invoice and the payment shows against it. You stop writing invoices at night. The test is simple: a finished visit appears in your books as an invoice.
Sales:
We build a repair-or-replace quote template with your wording and your standard extras. You stop writing each one from scratch. You approve the template before anyone uses it.
Software:
We keep each customer's past visits and equipment notes on one record, so the next tech opens it before arriving. A list of your regular maintenance customers becomes a register you can read.
Your checklist opens with six items, and each one has a plain test for "done".
In week one, you give us access to the accounting tool, the calendar and the phone numbers, plus any job software.
Your CRM running by day 10, with call, visit, quote, booked and done stages.
A dispatch board for every tech.
A visit-to-invoice link to your accounting tool.
Customer and equipment records for your regular customers.
Training for your team on the board and the records.
Tools we connect: QuickBooks or Xero behind your invoices, Stripe or Square for taking payment, Google Calendar for booked visits and Zoom for calls, and Google Business Profile for your listing.
If you use field service or job management software, we connect to it or build around it.

Yes. It is a build item: one record per customer, with past visits and equipment notes.
No. One board holds both, and the quote template covers repair-or-replace and install work.
Whoever runs your office. We train them, and your checklist shows who has been trained.
If you want it, yes. We set up an AI agent on your business number, trained only for the jobs you give it, to answer calls while your crew is out on a job and pass you the details. A person reviews the call recordings to improve it. The selling and the calling back stay with you.

Day 90
Everything on your signed checklist gets done. Your checklist is built from your scope. If less than 70% of it is done by day 30, or by the end of any month, you stop paying until it is, and we keep working. Above 70%, we finish the rest at no extra charge.
By day 90, every hat your roadmap hands to us is off your head, including your software running your business on the 12-month term. If one isn't, you stop paying until it is.
Don't click with a specialist? Tell us and we swap them within 5 business days. No charge, no limit, no reason needed.
Your part: the weekly call for the first 90 days, access to your tools in week one, approvals within 3 business days, your content and photos. Days we spend waiting on you don't count against us.
A billing pause covers your monthly fee. It doesn't cover ad spend, phone and text usage, tools in your name, or work quoted separately.
