The software build is free.
Up to $100,000 on the plan from $5,000 a month, and up to $150,000 on the plan from $7,500 a month. We scope, build, host and maintain it in your first year.

Up to 10 pages, designed, written, built and launched, worth $20,000 of work at our published $150 an hour.

A bigger build gets the same amount off.
If what we build comes to more than $100,000 (or $150,000 on the larger plan), we take $100,000 (or $150,000) off the price, and you pay for the rest at our published $150 an hour, scoped and approved by you first.

From month 13, running your software is 15% a year of the value of what we built, added to your monthly fee.

What costs extra.
- Running your software from month 13: 15% a year of the value of what we built, added to your monthly fee: a full $100,000 build adds $1,250 a month ($1,875 for $150,000). Any change after your first term comes with 60 days' written notice.
- Another location: one location is included. Each added location is 30% of your plan a month (from $1,500 or from $2,250), plus a one-time setup of three times that (from $4,500 or from $6,750).
- Paid advertising: a separate service for clients, priced as a share of your ad spend with a monthly minimum. You pay the ad spend directly. Quoted in writing before you agree.
- Tools in your name and your ad spend: paid by you, to the provider.

The Done-For-You Guarantee
Everything on your signed checklist gets done. Your checklist is built from your scope. If less than 70% of it is done by day 30, or by the end of any month, you stop paying until it is, and we keep working. Above 70%, we finish the rest at no extra charge.

The One Less Hat Guarantee
By day 90, every hat your roadmap hands to us is off your head, including your software running your business on the 12-month term. If one isn't, you stop paying until it is.

Don't click with a specialist? Tell us and we swap them within 5 business days. No charge, no limit, no reason needed.

When do I pay?
The 25% deposit when you sign. It comes off your first month. After that, monthly in advance, on your start day (the 1st or the 15th). On the 3-month start, the setup fee is also due on your start date.

What is the setup fee?
The setup fee is three months of the monthly price. The 12-month term waives it. If you leave before the 12 months end, the waived setup fee becomes due.

Why is there a setup fee?
Getting a new account running is real work: your checklist, your CRM, your website plan, your build plan, and six specialists learning your business. We charge three months of the monthly price for it.

How do I get the setup fee waived?
Sign for the 12-month term and the setup fee is waived. Stay the full 12 months and it's gone for good. If you leave early, it becomes due.

Want to see it working first?
Start with three months and you pay the setup fee. Continue by signing for 12 before your third month ends, and the fee you paid becomes 3 extra months at the end of your term. If you don't sign, the service ends at month 3.

What if I leave the 12-month term early?
If your setup fee was waived, it becomes due (from $15,000, or from $22,500 on the larger plan, plus applicable taxes). Beyond what you've already been billed, that's the only cost of leaving. Unused build hours end with the term. If you started with three months and already paid it, you owe nothing more, and the added months end. Either way, your monthly fee stops when your service ends.
