How the build works.
Your software and your website are built for free, up to the amounts below. If your build is bigger, we take that amount off the price.

The software build is free, up to $300,000.
We scope, build, host and maintain the software your business needs in your first year. You pay nothing for the build itself, up to $300,000.

The website is free, up to $50,000 of work.
That is about 333 hours at our published $150 an hour, scoped with you on the call.

A bigger build gets $300,000 off.
If what we build comes to more than $300,000, we take $300,000 off the price. For example, a $700,000 build has $300,000 taken off, and you pay for the other $400,000.

Running it is included in year one.
From month 13, running your software is 15% a year of the value of what we built: a full $300,000 build adds $3,750 a month.

Enterprise is custom pricing. Your price is set after the discovery call, once we have mapped your departments and teams.

12 monthsA 12-month term. Enterprise starts on a 12-month term. There is no 3-month start.

Setup fee
From $50,000 waived on the 12-month termSetup fee: Twice your monthly price, from $50,000, waived on the 12-month term. If you leave early, part of it becomes due. At $25,000 a month, the full $50,000 is due if you leave in month 1, falling by about $4,167 for each month you complete, to nothing once you have completed 12 months. The formula: your setup fee x (12 minus the months you've completed) / 12. For example, at $25,000 a month, if you complete 5 months and then leave, $29,167 is due.

Deposit
25% of the monthly priceDeposit: 25% of the monthly price ($6,250 at $25,000) holds your start date and comes off your first month. If you cancel before your start date, it's kept. If we can't start you, it comes back in full.

15% a year of the value of what we builtFrom month 13: month to month, either side can end it with 60 days' written notice, and running your software is 15% a year of the value of what we built: a full $300,000 build adds $3,750 a month.

The Done-For-You Guarantee
(day 30, then every month)
Everything on your signed checklist gets done. Your checklist is built from your scope. If less than 70% of it is done by day 30, or by the end of any month, you stop paying until it is, and we keep working. Above 70%, we finish the rest at no extra charge.

The One Less Hat Guarantee
(day 90)
By day 90, every hat your roadmap hands to us is off your head, including your software running your business on the 12-month term. If one isn't, you stop paying until it is.
