My design stage is long. Where does the design live while the quote is still open?
On the project record, as the first thing in it. The quote and the material list attach to the design later.
Landscape design-build
For landscape design-build firms doing $500,000 or more a year with 2 to 49 users.
A design-to-quote template, one record that holds the design, the quote and the material list, and a seasonal schedule for crews and deliveries.
Sales: Design proposals take long to write, so quotes go out late, and you are the only designer and the only seller.
Software: The design, the quote and the material list are three documents that drift apart.
Operations: Crews, weather and deliveries of stone, soil and plants have to line up, and the plan is on a whiteboard.
Automation: An approved design does not become a material order or a crew slot until someone retypes it.
Sales:
We build a design-to-quote template with your phases, wording and extras, and we train your designer or crew lead to run the site-walk conversation. Your designer keeps the client relationship.
Software:
We build one project record that holds the design file, the quote and the material list, so the three stop drifting apart.
Operations:
We build a seasonal schedule for crews and deliveries, with a list of what can move when weather stops work. The call on what moves stays yours. Your crew leads open it on a phone.
Automation:
We turn an approved design into a material list and a crew slot, entered once.
Your checklist starts with seven items, and each comes with a plain test for done.
