Weather moves my whole week. What does the system do?
The playbook proposes the moves for the route and waits for your approval.
Lawn care
For lawn and grounds maintenance companies doing $500,000 or more a year with 2 to 49 users.
A rain-day playbook tied to your route, a way for a crew lead to flag extra work from the phone, and one record for every property.
Operations: After several wet days, the backlog and the order of properties are settled in someone's head.
Sales: Extra work a crew sees on a property is never quoted.
Operations: Every spring starts another round of hiring and onboarding.
Software: Lot notes, the price and the visit history sit in different places.
Marketing: You cannot promote during the season, and afterwards you cannot tell what worked.
Operations:
We write a rain-day playbook and tie it to your route. It proposes the order for the backlog and waits for your approval. You stop rebuilding the week by hand, and the playbook is a line on your checklist.
Sales:
We build a short extra-work entry that a crew lead fills in on the phone, and it lands in your pipeline for you to price. You stop relying on memory.
Operations:
We write a seasonal hiring and onboarding routine once, so it can be reused each spring.
Software:
We build one record per property, with lot notes, the price and the visit history on one screen.
Marketing:
We write a marketing plan around your season, with the website, guides and posts planned around your season, and the monthly progress report lists what was published.
Seven items lead the list, and each is given a plain test for done.

Day 30
Running means marketing, sales, operations, automation, AI and software are all working through your signed checklist.
Day 90
Everything on your signed checklist gets done. Your checklist is built from your scope. If less than 70% of it is done by day 30, or by the end of any month, you stop paying until it is, and we keep working. Above 70%, we finish the rest at no extra charge.
By day 90, every hat your roadmap hands to us is off your head, including your software running your business on the 12-month term. If one isn't, you stop paying until it is.
Don't click with a specialist? Tell us and we swap them within 5 business days. No charge, no limit, no reason needed.
Your part: the weekly call for the first 90 days, access to your tools in week one, approvals within 3 business days, your content and photos. Days we spend waiting on you don't count against us.
A billing pause covers your monthly fee. It doesn't cover ad spend, phone and text usage, tools in your name, or work quoted separately.
