Our jobs start in the middle of the night. Can a system help?
We build the on-call board and the job file around that.
Restoration
For restoration companies doing $500,000 or more a year with 2 to 49 users.
Keep the crew, the notes and the file together. An on-call board for your crews, one job file for notes, photos and measurements, and one board that shows every open job.
Operations: An emergency needs a crew, equipment and one owner for the job straight away, and the on-call plan lives in someone's head.
Software: Notes, photos and measurements from one job end up on different phones, so the file is slow to put together.
Automation: The same job details are typed again for the crew, the supplier and the office.
Sales: You cannot see which jobs are open, which are waiting on another party, and which are done.
Operations:
We build an on-call board that shows the day's crews, who owns each new job and what comes next. You stop sorting it out by phone call. The board is on your checklist, and each crew lead has opened it on a phone.
Software:
We build one job file with fields for notes, photos and measurements, filled in from the phone on site. You stop collecting them afterwards. The job file is on your checklist.
Automation:
We start the crew entry, the supplier list and the office record from a single job entry, so the details are typed once.
Sales:
We build one board with every open job and its stage, including the jobs that wait on another party.
Each of the seven opening items on your checklist has a plain test for done.
Access comes first: the books, the calendar, the phone numbers and whatever job software the office uses, all in week one.
Your pipeline is set up in the CRM by day 10: call, on site, in progress, waiting, done.
An on-call board for your crews.
A job file with notes, photos and measurements.
One job entry that fills the crew, supplier and office records.
A link from each job to its invoice in your accounting tool.
Crew leads trained to open the board and fill in the job file from a phone.
Tools we connect: QuickBooks or Xero behind your invoices, and Google Calendar for crew days.
The job management software you use today can stay. Your build plan sorts what we link to it from what we build new.

Day 90
Everything on your signed checklist gets done. Your checklist is built from your scope. If less than 70% of it is done by day 30, or by the end of any month, you stop paying until it is, and we keep working. Above 70%, we finish the rest at no extra charge.
By day 90, every hat your roadmap hands to us is off your head, including your software running your business on the 12-month term. If one isn't, you stop paying until it is.
Don't click with a specialist? Tell us and we swap them within 5 business days. No charge, no limit, no reason needed.
Your part: the weekly call for the first 90 days, access to your tools in week one, approvals within 3 business days, your content and photos. Days we spend waiting on you don't count against us.
A billing pause covers your monthly fee. It doesn't cover ad spend, phone and text usage, tools in your name, or work quoted separately.
