The build pool
Free software, up to $100,000, in your first year on the plan from $5,000 a month, about 667 hours at $150. Free up to $150,000 on the plan from $7,500 a month.
Software is "up to": you get what your scope needs.
Software beyond your build pool: $150 an hour, scoped and approved by you first.
Year one is flat. Running your software is included in your first year. From month 13, it's 15% a year of the value of what we built, added to your monthly fee: a full $100,000 build adds $1,250 a month ($1,875 for a full $150,000 build).
Prices in USD, plus applicable taxes.
When the pool is used: unused hours must be scoped by the end of month 12 and then lapse; no cash value.
The 3-month start gives you everything except the software build.
Sign for 12 months and the software build starts on day one of your 12-month term.
Ownership and exit

We do. Susanoo owns the custom software we build for you, with its code, its design and its documentation, even where the ideas came from you, until you buy it.
- Whether you can buy it, and how the price is set

Yes, at any time while your agreement is active. The price is fixed on the day you sign and falls the longer you stay. It is worked out on the quoted build value of the software we delivered, whether it was free under your build pool or paid, counted from your start date: the full value in year one, three quarters of it in year two, half in year three and a quarter from year four. When you pay, the software built for you and its source code become yours, and the running fee ends. Parts we built apart from your build, or use across our clients, stay ours, and you keep a permanent, free right to use them in your software. Any support after that is by separate agreement.
- What happens to your software and your records if you leave

Your right to use the software ends when your agreement ends, unless you have bought it. Your records stay yours: when you leave, we give you a full export, even if fees are in dispute, and keep your records ready to export for at least 60 days.

Yes, at any time, complete and in a machine-readable format.
- Unused build hours when the term ends early

Any unused build pool lapses if your agreement ends early. It has no cash value and is not refunded.
