Each practitioner keeps their own hours and rooms. Can people outside the clinic follow that grid?
We write the rules down first, with you: whose hours, which rooms, who covers whom. You read them and sign before any build starts.
Who we work with
For the owner of a private health or wellness clinic with several practitioners, doing $500,000 or more a year with 2 to 49 users.
One account manager and a team of specialists run the departments listed below. The clinical work stays with you.
Your week is a grid of booked slots, and the paperwork happens at lunch and after close.
A slot that goes empty on Tuesday cannot be sold on Wednesday.
You are the clinician, the practice manager, the marketer, the person who chases balances and the one who trains new staff.
Marketing: A post waits for a sign-off, and nobody is sure whose sign-off it is.
Sales: An estimate is given, and then nobody owns the next step.
Operations: The schedule makes sense to one person, so the rest of the team keeps asking that person.
Automation: One booking is typed into the calendar, the billing tool and a spreadsheet.
AI: The clinic's written steps live in one head, and the cover shift has to guess when that person is with someone.
Software: Your practice system keeps the chart. The picture of hours, rooms and cover is drawn by hand.
The departments
The problem: Selling has no written process, so each estimate is made up on the spot.
What we do: We guide your sales process, write it down, build the material behind it and train your team to run it. Selling remains your team's job, and we never do it on your behalf.
You stop: Rebuilding the process every time.
You can tell: Your checklist shows the process written, approved by you, and your team trained on it.
The problem: The schedule sits in one system, and only one person fully understands it.
What we do: We write the procedures for cancellations, hand-offs and who handles what, and each has one owner and one home in your shared folder.
You stop: Answering every how-do-we-do-this question yourself.
You can tell: The procedures are in the shared folder, and the training shows as ticked on your checklist.
The problem: Booking, billing and balances owed sit in different tools and get copied by hand.
What we do: We map each step from booking to paid, once for a visit billed to an insurer and once for a visit billed directly, and mark every step typed by hand.
You stop: Guessing which steps still run by hand.
You can tell: The map is on your checklist, signed by you, with the hand-typed steps marked.
The problem: The clinic's written steps sit in one head or one binder.
What we do: Staff ask the same procedure questions: who covers a canceled shift, where the cover sheet is kept. AI can answer from your own written procedures and point to the step.
A person checks each answer, and the tool is built on your business procedures only.
You stop: Interrupting the one person who knows.
You can tell: A new team member asks a how-do-we-do-this question and gets the written step and the folder it sits in.
The problem: Your practice system keeps the chart, and the view of hours, rooms and cover is drawn on a whiteboard.
What we do: We build a board for the business side of your week: practitioner hours, rooms, cover and your written procedures on one screen.
You stop: Redrawing the week on a whiteboard.
You can tell: Your checklist names the board, and the plan for building it is mapped by day 10.
Your checklist starts with eight items, and each one has its own plain test for "done".
Our guarantees, below, sets out day 1 to day 90 and defines "running".
Access in week one: your phone numbers, website, listing profile and accounting tool.
Your schedule rules, written and signed by you: whose hours, which rooms, who covers whom.
Written procedures for cancellations, hand-offs and who handles what.
One named approver for everything you publish.
Your CRM running by day 10, its inquiry stages agreed with you.
Booking to paid, mapped for each way a visit is billed, with the hand-typed steps marked.
Your written procedures collected into one folder, with the gaps listed and an owner named for each.
Your team trained on the new steps.
Your practice management and charting software stays where it is, and we build around how your clinic works.
Tools we connect: QuickBooks and Xero for the books, Stripe and Square for payments, Google Calendar and Calendly for your calendar, and Google Business Profile for your listing details.
Tool names belong to their owners. Susanoo is not affiliated with them.

Is this for you
Day spas and massage have their own page under Fitness and personal services.
A rush of new inquiries will not repair a schedule that nobody understands. What a new patient is worth depends on the systems behind the booking, and your account manager checks the fit with you on the discovery call.

Day 30
Running means marketing, sales, operations, automation, AI and software are all working through your signed checklist.
Day 90
Everything on your signed checklist gets done. Your checklist is built from your scope. If less than 70% of it is done by day 30, or by the end of any month, you stop paying until it is, and we keep working. Above 70%, we finish the rest at no extra charge.
By day 90, every hat your roadmap hands to us is off your head, including your software running your business on the 12-month term. If one isn't, you stop paying until it is.
Don't click with a specialist? Tell us and we swap them within 5 business days. No charge, no limit, no reason needed.
Your part: the weekly call for the first 90 days, access to your tools in week one, approvals within 3 business days, your content and photos. Days we spend waiting on you don't count against us.
A billing pause covers your monthly fee. It doesn't cover ad spend, phone and text usage, tools in your name, or work quoted separately.
We write the rules down first, with you: whose hours, which rooms, who covers whom. You read them and sign before any build starts.
You name one approver. Items reach that person together, and approvals are due within 3 business days, as set out under Our guarantees.
No. Your system stays, and we build around the way your clinic works. Tell us on the discovery call which one you run.
No. Your team makes every sale. We write the process and train your people to run it.
Training uses your own written procedures, so people learn how your clinic does things. It is an item on your checklist.
Not yet. The plan is built for clinics at $500,000 or more with several practitioners and 2 to 49 users. Free guides and your roadmap still come to you.
