My business slows in winter, so a flat monthly fee feels heavy.
Winter is when the slow work gets done: the customer list, the plan for next season, written routines and hiring. The price and the guarantees are in the block above.
Who we work with
For owners of home service businesses doing $500,000 or more a year with 2 to 49 users.
One account manager and six specialists run your marketing, sales, operations, automation, AI and software, so you can run the business instead of the schedule.
The six departments
The problem: Promotion waits for a free afternoon, and a free afternoon never arrives before the season does.
What we do: Your marketing specialist plans the year around your seasons, writes and posts your blog, guides and social posts, and keeps your website current.
You stop: Writing posts in the one week the crews allow.
You can tell: The live checklist shows what was published, and the monthly progress report lists the work done.
The problem: A new request waits for a callback, and the offer made on a first visit depends on whoever is there.
What we do: We build the quote path, a repeat-service offer for each first visit and your pipeline, and we train your office lead to run that conversation. The selling stays with you.
You stop: Keeping open quotes in your head.
You can tell: Open the pipeline and every lead is there with its stage, and each part of the quote path is a line on your checklist.
The problem: Routes, rain days and crew swaps all live in one head.
What we do: We build one schedule for all your crews, a written routine for each service, a rain-day playbook and an onboarding routine for seasonal staff.
You stop: Being the dispatcher for every change.
You can tell: A crew lead opens tomorrow's route on a phone, and the schedule is a ticked line on your checklist.
The problem: What follows a finished visit depends on memory.
What we do: We connect each new job to the schedule, and your payment tool to your accounting tool, so a paid visit shows as paid in the books. We fix the automations we build when they break.
You stop: Typing one visit into the schedule, the invoice and the books one at a time.
You can tell: Every automation is named on your checklist, and the monthly progress report covers what ran.
The problem: Each service's checklist exists only in a crew lead's head.
What we do: AI produces first drafts of your visit checklists and your rain-day plan. A person on your team edits them before anyone on a crew sees them.
You stop: Writing every routine down from scratch.
You can tell: Each draft is listed on your checklist with the name of the person who approved it.
The problem: Your business is a household, a service, a price and a route, and no single tool keeps all four together.
What we do: We build or connect one system around how your routes run, with the property notes and the price on one screen. It is built, hosted and maintained in your first year on the 12-month term.
You stop: Flipping between a notebook and a spreadsheet to answer one question.
You can tell: One customer record opens with the service, the notes and the visit history, and you see the build plan by day 10.
Nine items head your checklist, each with a plain test for done.
Our guarantees, further down, lay out day 1 to day 90 in full.
Week one covers access: your books, your calendar, your email, your phone numbers and the field service software you run today.
Your customer list cleaned and loaded: address, service, frequency, price per visit, next visit and property notes.
One shared schedule for every crew, open on a phone.
A request form on your website that puts each inquiry in your pipeline.
Your CRM running by day 10, with a stage for each step from inquiry to completed visit.
Payments recorded against each visit in your accounting tool.
A written rain-day playbook wired to your route.
A service record for each visit, plus the extra fields you choose.
Your crew leads and your office trained, and the weekly call booked.
Tools we connect: QuickBooks and Xero for the books, Stripe and Square for taking payment, Google Calendar for your crews' days, and Google Business Profile for your listing details.
Field service software, or route software made for your trade, can stay. We use the discovery call to list what each tool covers and what it lacks.
Tool names belong to their owners. Susanoo is not affiliated with them.

Is this for you
A rush of requests will not mend a route that loses its quotes, and the fit gets checked with you on the call.

Day 30
Running means marketing, sales, operations, automation, AI and software are all working through your signed checklist.
Day 90
Everything on your signed checklist gets done. Your checklist is built from your scope. If less than 70% of it is done by day 30, or by the end of any month, you stop paying until it is, and we keep working. Above 70%, we finish the rest at no extra charge.
By day 90, every hat your roadmap hands to us is off your head, including your software running your business on the 12-month term. If one isn't, you stop paying until it is.
Don't click with a specialist? Tell us and we swap them within 5 business days. No charge, no limit, no reason needed.
Your part: the weekly call for the first 90 days, access to your tools in week one, approvals within 3 business days, your content and photos. Days we spend waiting on you don't count against us.
A billing pause covers your monthly fee. It doesn't cover ad spend, phone and text usage, tools in your name, or work quoted separately.
Winter is when the slow work gets done: the customer list, the plan for next season, written routines and hiring. The price and the guarantees are in the block above.
The crew lead stays the face of the visit. What we build sits behind them: the route, the property notes and the visit record.
Your field service software keeps holding your routes and invoices. The discovery call is where we compare what it covers with what is missing.
The crew leads who use it are trained, and what they open each day is one list on a phone. The weekly call checks that it is being used.
Where we use AI to draft your documents, a person checks them.
The rain-day playbook lists the moves it would make to your route, and you approve them first.
Word of mouth matters. Marketing builds the website, guides and posts that stand next to it.
