Every department running.
Running means marketing, sales, operations, automation, AI and software are all working through your signed checklist. This is when the Done-For-You Guarantee is measured: if less than 70% of your signed checklist is done, you stop paying until it is.

The Done-For-You Guarantee
Everything on your signed checklist gets done. Your checklist is built from your scope. If less than 70% of it is done by day 30, or by the end of any month, you stop paying until it is, and we keep working. Above 70%, we finish the rest at no extra charge.

By day 90, every hat your roadmap hands to us is off your head, including your software running your business on the 12-month term. If one isn't, you stop paying until it is.

The Right-Person Guarantee
Don't click with a specialist? Tell us and we swap them within 5 business days. No charge, no limit, no reason needed.
Your part: the weekly call for the first 90 days, access to your tools in week one, approvals within 3 business days, your content and photos. Days we spend waiting on you don't count against us.
No refunds. Once your software, website and systems are built, they can't be un-built. So we guarantee the work instead. The one exception: if we can't start you on your start date, your deposit comes back to you.
A billing pause covers your monthly fee. It doesn't cover ad spend, phone and text usage, tools in your name, or work quoted separately.

FAQs
Do I have to sign for 12 months?
That's the main plan. If you'd rather see it working first, the 3-month start gives you everything except the software build, with the setup fee paid on your start date. Sign for 12 months before your third month ends and your setup fee becomes 3 extra months at the end: 18 months in all. If you don't, the service ends at month 3.
Do you sell for me or call my leads?
No. We build your sales system, write the material and train your team. The selling stays with you.
Is paid advertising included?
No. It's a separate service with its own fee, and you pay the ad spend.
What if you fall behind?

Are the specialists my employees?
No. They're named to your account and work across several accounts, so you get each specialty without hiring for it.
Do you work in Canada and the US?
Yes. Prices are the same number in your currency: CAD in Canada, USD in the US.
Do you guarantee my revenue will grow?
No. We guarantee the work: everything on your signed checklist, every department running, every hat your roadmap hands us. We build the systems so no lead is missed and your team can serve your customers well. Revenue growth comes from that, and we don't take a share of it.
What happens on the discovery call?
We go through your roadmap, check the fit and show you what we'd switch on first. If we can't help, we'll tell you plainly.
