Where it sticks

The job can change once the work starts. A technician finds extra work, the price moves, and a late part holds a bay. We build the board, the flow and the weekly view that keep the shop moving.

  • Sales: An estimate goes out late or only by voice, and work the customer put off is written on a ticket and never looked at again.

  • Operations: The bay board and each car's status live in a few heads, and a late part stops a bay while nobody owns the delay.

  • Operations: Extra work gets agreed on the phone, and the only record is a sticky note.

  • AI: What the technician found stays on paper or in their head, so the job record is thin and the desk retypes it.

What we build

  1. Sales:

We build the pipeline from inquiry to booked job and a Monday view of estimates sent, accepted and booked. Work a customer puts off goes onto a list you read each Monday, with the job it came from. You stop carrying every open estimate in memory. The Monday view is on your live checklist.

  2. Operations:

We build a bay calendar with service types and how long each takes, and write a one-page flow from intake to parts order to pickup: who orders, where the order is logged and who owns a delayed part. You stop being the only one who knows the board. Each person has run an order through the page, and it is on your checklist.

  3. AI:

AI turns the technician's bay notes into a plain job summary for the advisor, sorts the day's declined work into a list for you and drafts your Monday summary. A person reads each one before anyone relies on it, so keep customers' names and plates out of what your team types in.

First 30 days

For a repair shop, six items come first, and each is paired with a test for "done".

  1. Your logins for the shop system, phone line, calendar, accounting tool and Google listing, handed over in week one.

  2. Your CRM running by day 10, with stages that follow an inquiry through to a booked job and an invoice.

  3. A bay calendar built around your service types and how long each takes.

  4. A one-page parts order process: who orders, where it is logged and who owns a delayed order.

  5. A list of declined work, started from last month's tickets, each with the job it came from.

  6. A first month of posts and a first guide planned for your approval, and the Monday view.

Tools and rules

Tools we connect: Google Calendar for the bay calendar, QuickBooks or Xero for invoices, Stripe or Square for card payments, and Google Business Profile for your listing.

Shop management software stays where it is. We link to it where it offers a way in and build around it where it does not.

Tool names belong to their owners. Susanoo is not affiliated with them.

State rules apply.

FAQs

Can my front desk see which cars are waiting on parts?

Yes. The bay calendar shows each car's status, and the order process names who owns any part that runs late.

What happens to work a customer turns down today?

It goes onto the list you read each Monday, along with the job it came from.

We order parts from several suppliers. Do you handle that?

We write the order process with your front desk: who orders, where the order is logged and who owns a part that runs late.

What does the Monday view show?

Inquiries, estimates sent, accepted and booked, in one place that you open yourself.

The shop is jammed at certain times of the year. What happens in the first month?

Take the 1st or the 15th that falls before your heaviest weeks. The bay calendar and the parts process are written first, and the posts follow. Your part stays the same: the weekly call for the first 90 days, your tools in week one and approvals within 3 business days.
