Software beyond your build pool is $150 an hour, scoped and approved by you first.
Is the software build part of the 3-month start?
No. The 3-month start gives you everything except the software build.
Who hosts and fixes the software, and what does that cost?
Hosting, maintenance and fixes for the software we build are included in your first year. From month 13, it's 15% a year of the value of what we built, added to your monthly fee.
