On specialist subjects we can't guarantee every detail is right (a construction blog about steel beams is one example), so read those pieces before they go out and correct anything we missed.

Up to $196,550
Up to $196,550 of bonuses in your first year on the plan from $5,000 a month, at our own prices and our published $150 an hour.
On the plan from $7,500 a month the rows show The Switch-On, Waived: from $22,500; Software Built Around How You Work: up to $150,000; Year One, Kept Running Free: up to $22,500; total up to $261,550.
On the 12-month term. Software is "up to": you get what your scope needs. The 3-month start gets everything here except the software build, its first-year running and the waived setup fee.
What costs extra.
- Paid advertising: a separate service for clients, priced as a share of your ad spend with a monthly minimum. You pay the ad spend directly. Quoted in writing before you agree.

If we fall behind, you stop paying.

The Done-For-You Guarantee
Everything on your signed checklist gets done. Your checklist is built from your scope. If less than 70% of it is done by day 30, or by the end of any month, you stop paying until it is, and we keep working. Above 70%, we finish the rest at no extra charge.

The One Less Hat Guarantee
By day 90, every hat your roadmap hands to us is off your head, including your software running your business on the 12-month term. If one isn't, you stop paying until it is.

The Right-Person Guarantee
Don't click with a specialist? Tell us and we swap them within 5 business days. No charge, no limit, no reason needed.
Your part: the weekly call for the first 90 days, access to your tools in week one, approvals within 3 business days, your content and photos. Days we spend waiting on you don't count against us.
A billing pause covers your monthly fee. It doesn't cover ad spend, phone and text usage, tools in your name, or work quoted separately.
