Where it sticks

The year comes in two bursts, spring and fall, and a customer's off-season set may be waiting on your racks. We build the grid, the order process and the planning around the changeover.

  • Operations: Peak days run from a whiteboard, and nobody can say how many fit-ins are left in the hour.

  • Marketing: Nothing is planned ahead of either changeover, and the quiet months get no work.

  • Software: Stored sets and who owns them live on rack tags and a ledger.

  • AI: The week's numbers come from counting tickets by hand.

What we build

  1. Operations:

We build an hourly appointment grid that shows wait or drop-off and how long each service takes, so you see the open hours and the fit-ins on one screen. You stop running the day from a whiteboard. The grid is on your live checklist, and a full day has been run through it.

  2. Operations:

We write a one-page order process with your counter staff for the changeover weeks: who orders the sets, and who tracks a late delivery. Each person has run one order through it.

  3. Marketing:

We build your marketing plan backward from both changeovers: posts and guides planned ahead of each peak, listing and website content, and work for the quiet months. We also plan your start date around the changeover. The live checklist shows each post and guide.

  4. AI:

AI sorts the day's passed-on items, such as an alignment or a set the customer declined, into a list for you, turns bay notes into a plain summary and drafts a Monday summary of the peak: appointments, fit-ins and open hours. A person on your staff checks the output first, and the notes should name no customers.

First 30 days

A tire shop's checklist begins with six items, each with a test for "done".

  1. Access in week one: your shop system, phone line, calendar, accounting tool and Google listing.

  2. Your CRM running by day 10, following each inquiry through to a fitted set and an invoice.

  3. An hourly appointment grid with fit-ins, open hours and wait or drop-off.

  4. A one-page tire order process, with every person having run one order through it.

  5. A peak calendar: your first posts and a first guide planned ahead of the next changeover.

  6. A Monday view of the peak.

Tools and rules

Tools we connect: Google Calendar for the grid, QuickBooks or Xero for the books, Stripe or Square for card payments, and Google Business Profile for your listing.

If your shop runs on shop management software, it stays, and we connect to it or build around it.

Tool names belong to their owners. Susanoo is not affiliated with them.

State rules apply.

FAQs

We have a spring rush and a fall rush. Which start date is best?

The 1st or the 15th that falls before the rush you are heading into, so the grid and the order process are ready when the weeks get busy. On your side, that is the weekly call for the first 90 days, tools in week one and approvals within 3 business days.

Can the schedule hold a changeover week?

Yes. The grid shows wait and drop-off in one view, so open hours and fit-ins sit on one screen.

Do you plan marketing around the changeover?

Yes. Posts, guides and listing content run on a calendar built backward from both peaks.

What do we do with the quiet months?

Marketing work for the slow weeks is planned beside the peaks, and the Monday view shows your open hours so the gaps are easy to see.

Do I need a second system for walk-ins and drive-ups?

No. Fit-ins and drive-ups show in the same grid as the booked hours.
