What do slow replies cost you?

Put in your own numbers. See roughly how many leads slip past, and what they are worth in a month and in a year.

Your numbers

Fill in each box with your own numbers. The numbers shown in the boxes are examples, not averages.

  1. Count the leads nobody answered in time, whatever "in time" means for your business.

Your estimate

Leads that slip past, a month
Sales you might have made, a month
Value of those sales, a month
Value of those sales, a year

An estimate from the numbers you entered, worked out in your browser. Your numbers are not saved or sent, and no email is asked for.

How this is worked out

FIG. 01

SHEET 01 OF 01

Leads that slip past = your leads a month, times the share that get no reply or a late one.

Sales you might have made = those leads, times your close rate.

Value = those sales, times the average value of one sale.

A year is twelve months of the same.

  1. It counts every late reply as a lost lead, so it is the most these leads could be worth. Some leads that get a late reply still buy.

  2. This is your own arithmetic, not a forecast. It does not say what any change would earn you.
