I run a few custom homes at a time. Is that too small?
The line is $500,000 or more a year with 2 to 49 users. If your company clears it, the number of homes you run at once does not matter, and the discovery call checks the fit.
General contracting
For general contractors and small custom builders doing $500,000 or more a year with 2 to 49 users.
Every sub, every date and every stage payment sits on the job, where your crew lead and your office both find it.
Operations: Every job needs many subs and suppliers, and the list, the dates and who comes next live in your head.
Sales: Only you can walk a client through scope, allowances and what a stage payment covers, so you sit in every conversation.
Automation: A stage finishes on site, but its invoice waits until someone remembers, and paid status is checked by hand.
Software: Sub contacts, quotes and change orders sit in different places, so nobody can find what was agreed.
Operations:
We build one job record for each project, with a sub list, each sub's dates and a schedule your crew lead opens on a phone. You stop re-explaining the order of trades. The schedule and the sub list are on your live checklist, and a crew lead has used them.
Sales:
We write your scope walk-through as a checklist, with a quote template that carries your allowance and stage wording, and we train your estimator or crew lead to run it. You stop sitting in every conversation. Your people do the selling, and the training is on your checklist.
Automation:
We tie each stage on the job record to an invoice in your accounting tool, so paid status shows on the job. You stop retyping stage details. You can tell it worked when a finished stage shows as an invoice in your books.
Software:
We build the part your tools lack: sub details, quotes and change orders kept on the job and open on a phone. You stop searching old texts. The build plan is mapped by day 10, and the day 90 software promise, on the 12-month term, is in Our guarantees below.
Six items, from access to training, make up the start of your checklist, and each has a plain test for "done".

Day 30
Running means marketing, sales, operations, automation, AI and software are all working through your signed checklist.
Day 90
Everything on your signed checklist gets done. Your checklist is built from your scope. If less than 70% of it is done by day 30, or by the end of any month, you stop paying until it is, and we keep working. Above 70%, we finish the rest at no extra charge.
By day 90, every hat your roadmap hands to us is off your head, including your software running your business on the 12-month term. If one isn't, you stop paying until it is.
Don't click with a specialist? Tell us and we swap them within 5 business days. No charge, no limit, no reason needed.
Your part: the weekly call for the first 90 days, access to your tools in week one, approvals within 3 business days, your content and photos. Days we spend waiting on you don't count against us.
A billing pause covers your monthly fee. It doesn't cover ad spend, phone and text usage, tools in your name, or work quoted separately.
