How do you plan around the way I assign cleaners now?
We begin with your current list of teams and homes. The weekly call settles which fields the schedule needs.
Home cleaning
For residential cleaning companies doing $500,000 or more a year with 2 to 49 users.
A day sheet for each team, a household file for every address, and a cover plan for the morning a cleaner cannot come.
Operations: Which team goes to which home sits in a spreadsheet, and one absent cleaner reshuffles the whole week.
Operations: Finding and training cleaners eats into every week.
Software: Home size, visit rhythm, extras and what each household likes are written in different places.
Sales: A price by home size needs someone to work out the sum, so it goes out late.
Automation: Each visit's charge and each payment are typed in by hand.
Operations:
We build one schedule that lists each team's homes for the day, with each household's preferences beside the stop. You stop assembling the week by hand. A team lead opens tomorrow's homes on a phone, and the schedule is on your checklist.
Operations:
We write the onboarding routine for a new cleaner and a cover plan for an absent one, and we tie the plan to the schedule. You stop teaching the same basics again. The routine appears as a line on your checklist.
Software:
We build one file per household: home size, visit rhythm, extras, preferences and visit history on one screen. You stop hunting across three places.
Sales:
We build a quote template around your home-size bands and your figures, and your rates stay yours. You stop working out each sum from scratch, and you approve the template before anyone uses it.
Automation:
We connect your payment tool to your accounting tool, so each payment lands against its visit.
Six items start the first month, each with a plain test for done.
Access to your books, calendar, email, phone numbers and any cleaning route software is the first thing we need.
Your household list cleaned and loaded: address, visit rhythm, price per visit, extras and preferences.
One shared schedule for every team.
A written onboarding routine for new cleaners.
A cover plan for an absent cleaner, with the moves proposed for you to approve.
Payments recorded against visits, and your team leads and office trained.
Tools we connect: QuickBooks or Xero for the books, Stripe or Square for taking payment, and Google Calendar for each team's day.
Route software made for cleaning can stay. Tell us about it on the discovery call, and we plan around how you use it now.

Running means marketing, sales, operations, automation, AI and software are all working through your signed checklist.
Day 90
Everything on your signed checklist gets done. Your checklist is built from your scope. If less than 70% of it is done by day 30, or by the end of any month, you stop paying until it is, and we keep working. Above 70%, we finish the rest at no extra charge.
By day 90, every hat your roadmap hands to us is off your head, including your software running your business on the 12-month term. If one isn't, you stop paying until it is.
Don't click with a specialist? Tell us and we swap them within 5 business days. No charge, no limit, no reason needed.
Your part: the weekly call for the first 90 days, access to your tools in week one, approvals within 3 business days, your content and photos. Days we spend waiting on you don't count against us.
A billing pause covers your monthly fee. It doesn't cover ad spend, phone and text usage, tools in your name, or work quoted separately.
