Can the quote work out sizes for me?
The form asks for size by surface, and the template does the sums with your rates.
Pressure washing
For pressure washing companies doing $500,000 or more a year with 2 to 49 users.
A quote form with a size field for each surface, a weather-day playbook, and a record of every surface you have cleaned.
Sales: A price by surface needs measuring and arithmetic, and the quote sits while that waits.
Marketing: In the busy months nobody writes the pages that bring in the next request.
Operations: The forecast decides which jobs can run, and the schedule is rebuilt each time it changes.
Automation: The same job details are typed into the quote, the schedule and the invoice.
Software: A surface's size, price and date from last year are not at hand when its owner calls again.
Sales:
We build a quote form with size fields for each surface and a quote template that does the sums with your rates. The rates inside the template are yours, and you approve it before it is used.
Marketing:
We write a service page for each surface on your website, plus guides and posts, planned around your busy months. Each page is a line on your checklist.
Operations:
We write a weather-day playbook that proposes which jobs move and waits for your approval.
Automation:
We carry each job's details from the quote into the schedule and the invoice, so you enter them once, and each payment is linked to your accounting tool.
Software:
We keep a record for each surface: size, price and date. Next year's quote starts from it.
Five items open your checklist, and a plain test comes with each.
The first week is for access: books, calendar, email, phone numbers and any quoting software you use.
Your customer and past-job list cleaned, with surface, size, price and date for each job.
The service pages for your main surfaces written for you to review.
One shared schedule that each crew lead opens on a phone, with the weather-day playbook written.
Job details carried from the job to the invoice, payments linked to your accounting tool, and your crew leads and office trained, with the weekly call booked.
Tools we connect: QuickBooks or Xero for the books, Stripe or Square for taking payment, Google Calendar for each crew's jobs, and Google Business Profile for the listing that sits beside your service pages.
Software made for pressure washing or exterior cleaning can keep measuring and quoting for you. The discovery call is where we go through it together.

Day 30
Running means marketing, sales, operations, automation, AI and software are all working through your signed checklist.
Day 90
Everything on your signed checklist gets done. Your checklist is built from your scope. If less than 70% of it is done by day 30, or by the end of any month, you stop paying until it is, and we keep working. Above 70%, we finish the rest at no extra charge.
By day 90, every hat your roadmap hands to us is off your head, including your software running your business on the 12-month term. If one isn't, you stop paying until it is.
Don't click with a specialist? Tell us and we swap them within 5 business days. No charge, no limit, no reason needed.
Your part: the weekly call for the first 90 days, access to your tools in week one, approvals within 3 business days, your content and photos. Days we spend waiting on you don't count against us.
A billing pause covers your monthly fee. It doesn't cover ad spend, phone and text usage, tools in your name, or work quoted separately.
