Can you keep my visit plans in my own system?
Yes. Your practice system stays, and the plan procedure is written around it.
Chiropractic
For chiropractic clinics with several practitioners, doing $500,000 or more a year with 2 to 49 users. A solo practitioner is not the reader here, and neither is an owner who wants clinical advice from us.
A series of visits is booked ahead, so each plan runs to an end date, and the clinic depends on someone noticing it.
Operations: Each plan has a start and an end, and the rules for booking it sit in one person's head.
Sales: A new visitor books an intro slot, and nobody checks what happens after it.
Sales: A missed visit leaves an empty slot and a plan that stalls.
Operations:
We write the visit-plan procedure: how a series is booked, who tracks its end and who covers the booking when the usual person is away. When you have signed it, the team is trained on it. Your checklist records the signed procedure and who has been trained.

We write the steps for an empty slot: who is told, who may fill it and who decides. You stop being the only one who knows what to do. Your checklist lists the empty-slot steps and who owns them.
The first four items on your checklist each carry a plain test for "done".
Your first week includes handing over the clinic phone numbers, the website, the listing profile and the accounting tool.
The visit-plan procedure, written and signed by you, with a named owner for each stage of a plan.
The empty-slot steps, written, so your front desk can read them.
The front desk and the practitioners trained on the visit-plan procedure and the empty-slot steps.
Google Calendar holds practitioner hours, QuickBooks or Xero holds the books, and Stripe or Square is the tool for payments. Your listing sits on Google Business Profile.
Your practice management software, with its booking and billing, stays in place.
Tool names belong to their owners. Susanoo is not affiliated with them.
State rules apply.

The procedure names the person who tracks the end of each plan, and your checklist shows that person trained.
The steps name who is told, who can fill the slot and who decides. Your staff carry them out.
Cover is written into the procedure, with a name beside each step.

Running means marketing, sales, operations, automation, AI and software are all working through your signed checklist.
Day 90
Everything on your signed checklist gets done. Your checklist is built from your scope. If less than 70% of it is done by day 30, or by the end of any month, you stop paying until it is, and we keep working. Above 70%, we finish the rest at no extra charge.
By day 90, every hat your roadmap hands to us is off your head, including your software running your business on the 12-month term. If one isn't, you stop paying until it is.
Don't click with a specialist? Tell us and we swap them within 5 business days. No charge, no limit, no reason needed.
Your part: the weekly call for the first 90 days, access to your tools in week one, approvals within 3 business days, your content and photos. Days we spend waiting on you don't count against us.
A billing pause covers your monthly fee. It doesn't cover ad spend, phone and text usage, tools in your name, or work quoted separately.
