Can you take over our grant writing?
No. We keep your grant dates and contacts in one calendar, and the writing stays with your team.
Community and non-profit organizations
For executive directors and founders of community and non-profit organizations doing $500,000 or more a year with 2 to 49 users.
One calendar for volunteer shifts, grant dates and the day the board pack is due. Participants, volunteers, donors, funders and a board each want something different from you, and the dates are scattered across inboxes and sheets.
Operations: One person coordinates volunteer shifts, program sessions and events, and keeps each in a separate sheet.
Automation: The same activity numbers are typed into the donor database, a funder report and the board pack.
Operations: Grant and funder dates and contacts live in inboxes and in memory.
Marketing: One website has to speak to participants, volunteers, donors and funders, and nobody can tell what to do next.
Operations:
We build a shared calendar for volunteer shifts, programs and events. You stop being the only person who knows who is where. The calendar is listed on your live checklist.
Operations:
We build a calendar of the grant and funder dates and contacts you enter, with reminders to your own team. Grant writing is not offered. You stop hunting through inboxes for a date.
Automation:
We connect your donor and fundraising database and your other tools so each figure is entered once, and we prepare a report pack from your own data for you to check and send yourself. Each month's report lists the connections that ran.
Marketing:
Your marketing specialist builds a website with a clear first step for each audience, and plans posts and guides for you to approve. The progress report names what was published.
Software:
On the 12-month term, a board and funder report pack can be built from the build pool, and the build plan you see by day 10 shows what is mapped.
Seven items start your checklist, each with its own plain test for "done".
Access in the first week covers your books, donor database, phone numbers and website.
The CRM is running by day 10, with paths for program inquiries, for volunteers and for funders and donors.
One calendar for every funder, grant and report date, each with an owner and a reminder to your own team.

Your part: the weekly call for the first 90 days, access to your tools in week one, approvals within 3 business days, your content and photos. Days we spend waiting on you don't count against us.
