Where it sticks

Customers pay seat by seat, employers book groups, and the calendar of courses is the heart of your week.

  • Operations: Course dates, rooms, seats and instructors are set by hand in a spreadsheet, and a sick instructor means a round of phone calls.

  • Sales: Inquiries from employers and from individuals arrive by phone, email and form, and wait on one person.

  • Software: Class lists and certificate records sit in spreadsheets and are retyped for each course.

What we build

  1. Operations:

We build a course calendar that shows the course, the room, the seats and the instructor in one shared view, connected to your calendar tool, and a gap alerts a named person on your own team. You stop phoning round when an instructor is out. Your live checklist carries the course calendar as one line.

  2. Sales:

We build an inquiry path with a stage and a next-step date, one for individuals and one for employer groups, and we train your team to run it. Your team answers every inquiry. Group courses sit in the same calendar as open classes.

  3. Software:

On the 12-month term, we build a tracker of class lists and the expiry dates your school enters, hosted and maintained in your first year. Your school enters each expiry date, and the tracker shows it.

  4. Automation:

We connect your payment tool to your accounting tool, so a course fee is entered once.

  5. Marketing:

Your marketing specialist plans posts and guides for you to approve, and the progress report names what was published.

First 30 days

The checklist begins with seven items, and each has a plain test for "done" beside it.

  1. Week one starts with access to your accounting tool, payment tool, phone numbers and website.

  2. The CRM is running by day 10, with separate paths for individual inquiries and for employer groups.

  3. A course calendar with instructors and seats, and a gap alerting a named person on your own team.

  4. Employer group courses placed in the same calendar as your open classes.

  5. On the 12-month term, the class-list and expiry-date tracker is mapped on your build plan.

  6. Your payment tool connected to your accounting tool.

  7. Your office team and instructors trained on the calendar and the tracker.

Tools and rules

Tools we connect: Stripe and Square for payments, QuickBooks and Xero for the books, Google Calendar for the course calendar, Zoom for calls, and your Google Business Profile listing and Facebook page.

Any class-list or learning software you already use stays in place.

Tool names belong to their owners. Susanoo is not affiliated with them.

State rules apply.

FAQs

Can the course calendar show instructors, rooms and seats together?

Yes. Each course shows its room, its seats and its instructor in one view, and an instructor gap goes to a named person on your team.

Can employer groups live in the same calendar?

Yes. A group course shows beside your open classes, with its own inquiry path and next-step date.

Can you track when each certificate expires?

We build a tracker of class lists and the dates your school enters, and each expiry date shows against its class.

I am in the classroom most days. Who keeps the calendar current?

Whoever you choose on your team, and we train them on it. The checklist notes who has been through it.

Do course fees have to be entered twice?

No. We connect your payment tool to your accounting tool, so a course fee is entered once.
