Do you understand my method?
We start from how you describe it. The program story is drafted from your own notes, and you approve it.
Preschools and Montessori
For preschools and Montessori programs doing $500,000 or more a year with 2 to 49 users.
The tour, the program story and the yearly cycle of intake, term and re-enrollment matter more here than a rolling waiting list.
Marketing: The method is hard to explain on a website, so parents decide on the feeling they get at a visit.
Sales: Open houses and observation mornings have no booking list, and the people who came are not listed in one place.
Operations: Each term is planned from scratch: dates, class groups, staff assignments and re-enrollment steps.
Automation: Re-enrollment details are typed again into the billing tool and the class list.
AI: The program story, the parent handbook and the website each describe the method a little differently.
Sales:
The CRM keeps one list of who registered and who came to each open house and observation morning. We train your director to guide a visit toward a decision. The visit stays yours.
Operations:
We write the term calendar once, with the steps to start a term and to run re-enrollment, each owned by a named person. The checklist shows the calendar approved and the steps assigned.
AI:
AI drafts the program story and the handbook from the head of school's notes, so the story, the handbook and the website describe the method the same way. You approve every page before it is used.
Software:
On the 12-month term, the first build is a term planner for the head of school, with dates, class groups and staff, as counts.
The first month starts with five items, each with a plain test for "done".
Access in week one: your website, social accounts, calendar and email.
List what the website leaves unclear about the method and the day, as a parent new to it would see it.
Your CRM running by day 10, with stages for tour requested, tour done and applied, set with you.
The term calendar, written: start, breaks, events and re-enrollment dates.
The program story and handbook sections, drafted.
Tools we connect: Google Calendar and Calendly for your calendar, Zoom for calls, Stripe and Square for payments, plus your Google Business Profile listing and your Facebook page.
Your student or childcare management software, forms and email stay in place.

Your part: the weekly call for the first 90 days, access to your tools in week one, approvals within 3 business days, your content and photos. Days we spend waiting on you don't count against us.
A billing pause covers your monthly fee. It doesn't cover ad spend, phone and text usage, tools in your name, or work quoted separately.
