Is this only for service and parts?
Yes, at launch. Vehicle sales and finance are not covered.
Dealership service and parts
For dealership service and parts departments doing $500,000 or more a year with 2 to 49 users.
We work on the service lane and the parts counter. Vehicle sales and finance are not covered at launch.
Operations: Each advisor runs the lane their own way, and the process lives in that advisor's head.
Software: What your group provides does not fit how the lane really runs, so the gaps get filled with spreadsheets.
Marketing: Service marketing is a general group post, planned for no lane in particular and never reported back to you.
AI: Advisor notes are thin, and nobody has the time to build the weekly view.
Operations:
We write the lane's flow from write-up to pickup and train each advisor on the one step they touch. You stop having a different process for each advisor. The one-page processes are signed off, each advisor has run theirs once, and both are on your checklist.
Software:
We build a pipeline view of enquiries and booked appointments in your CRM, from the build pool, on the 12-month term. Your build plan is mapped by day 10.
Marketing:
We plan service marketing for your own lane, from the service desk to the parts counter, and a monthly progress report lists what was posted and published.
AI:
AI turns the lane's delay notes into a weekly summary for the service manager and drafts a Monday summary of the week's appointments. The service manager reads both before they are used, and the notes your advisors type should name no customers.
A dealership service department's checklist starts with six items, and each has its own test for "done".
Access in week one: your calendar, accounting tool, phone line, website and Google listing.
Your CRM running by day 10, with stages that run from enquiry to a booked appointment.
A service appointment calendar by advisor and by lane.
The advisor flow written, and each advisor trained on their step.
A service marketing plan: your first posts and a first guide planned for your approval.
A Monday view for the service manager.
Tools we connect: Google Calendar for the appointment calendar, QuickBooks or Xero for the books and Google Business Profile for your listing.
Tool names belong to their owners. Susanoo is not affiliated with them.
Provincial rules apply.
This counts all dealers, sales and service, and not only service and parts. Employer establishments only.

Each advisor is trained on the one step they touch, and your checklist shows when they have run it.
Your account manager joins the call with the person at your group who handles tools, and your checklist records what each person decides.

Day 30
Running means marketing, sales, operations, automation, AI and software are all working through your signed checklist.
Day 90
Everything on your signed checklist gets done. Your checklist is built from your scope. If less than 70% of it is done by day 30, or by the end of any month, you stop paying until it is, and we keep working. Above 70%, we finish the rest at no extra charge.
By day 90, every hat your roadmap hands to us is off your head, including your software running your business on the 12-month term. If one isn't, you stop paying until it is.
Don't click with a specialist? Tell us and we swap them within 5 business days. No charge, no limit, no reason needed.
Your part: the weekly call for the first 90 days, access to your tools in week one, approvals within 3 business days, your content and photos. Days we spend waiting on you don't count against us.
A billing pause covers your monthly fee. It doesn't cover ad spend, phone and text usage, tools in your name, or work quoted separately.
