Our onboarding changes by client type. Can the checklist change?
Yes. You choose the client types and the steps for each.
Financial advisors
For financial advisory firms doing $500,000 or more a year with 2 to 49 users.
Each prospect moves from an intro meeting to an agreement and on to signing, in one pipeline with a named owner for every step.
Sales: You meet every prospect, but the agreement goes out late, and an enquiry has no clear route to that meeting.
Operations: The steps from first meeting to signed agreement depend on whichever advisor handles it, and each prospect is a little different.
Automation: A prospect's details are entered again in the calendar, and then again in the planning tool.
Marketing: Every post needs a second look before it goes out, so the website and your posts sit still.
Operations: The records process depends on one compliance person's memory.
Sales:
We build a pipeline with a stage for each step: enquiry, intro meeting, agreement out and signed. You meet the prospect, and your advisors do the selling. The agreement template is drawn from your firm's own approved wording. Each enquiry sits on the dashboard beside its stage and what happens next.
Operations:
We write the steps from first meeting to signed agreement, and the billing steps, as one-page processes, each with a named owner. You stop being the only one who knows the steps. The pages and their owners are on your checklist.
Automation:
We build a review-cycle view: each client shows a review stage and the month of their next review, and review meetings go on your firm's calendar. Your staff prepare from a checklist tied to each meeting. The view holds stages and months, never account or planning data.
Operations:
We write a one-page records process from the list your compliance person gives us: where each kind of record lives, who owns each step and who checks it. We add no rule and set no period. Your compliance person signs it.
Marketing:
We draft posts for your website and social pages, and each one goes to the person at your firm who approves content before it is published. We never write a performance figure or a client quote.
Review-meeting invitations and reminders, and a thank-you to a professional who refers a client, send themselves from your own system in wording you approve. Nobody at Susanoo writes to your clients.
After hours, calls go to a message step you approve, and each enquiry waits in the pipeline for an advisor.
Before anything is connected, we agree with you in writing which details never enter the system.
The first month has the items below, and the plain test for "done" is written on the checklist beside each one.

Enquiries from your form and your email gathered in one pipeline.
An onboarding checklist for new clients, with an owner and the due days your firm sets for each step.

Running means marketing, sales, operations, automation, AI and software are all working through your signed checklist.
Day 90
Everything on your signed checklist gets done. Your checklist is built from your scope. If less than 70% of it is done by day 30, or by the end of any month, you stop paying until it is, and we keep working. Above 70%, we finish the rest at no extra charge.
By day 90, every hat your roadmap hands to us is off your head, including your software running your business on the 12-month term. If one isn't, you stop paying until it is.
Don't click with a specialist? Tell us and we swap them within 5 business days. No charge, no limit, no reason needed.
Your part: the weekly call for the first 90 days, access to your tools in week one, approvals within 3 business days, your content and photos. Days we spend waiting on you don't count against us.
A billing pause covers your monthly fee. It doesn't cover ad spend, phone and text usage, tools in your name, or work quoted separately.
