Can the pipeline follow our matter types?
Yes. You choose the matter types, and the stages follow them.
Law firms
For law firms doing $500,000 or more a year with 2 to 49 users.
Each enquiry moves from a first meeting to a signed engagement and on to a closed matter, in one pipeline staged the way your firm works.
Sales: The engagement letter goes out late, and nobody can say which enquiries are still waiting.
Operations: The steps of a matter, from intake to closing, live in a partner's head.
Automation: The same client details are typed into the inbox, the calendar and the billing tool.
Sales:
We build one pipeline with a stage for each step of a matter: enquiry, first meeting, engagement letter out, signed, open and closed. The letter template is drawn from your firm's own approved wording, and we write no legal terms. You stop tracking enquiries in an inbox. The dashboard shows each enquiry, its stage and its next step.
Operations:
We write three one-page processes, for intake, engagement and billing, with one named owner for each step, including who closes a matter. You stop being the only one who knows the steps. The three pages and their owners are on your checklist.
Automation:
We connect the tools your firm already uses so contact details are entered once, and we fix the automations we build when they break. You stop copying details from tool to tool. The progress report lists what we have built.
The first month opens with the items below, and each one has a plain test for "done" written on your checklist.
A CRM running by day 10, with a stage for each step of a matter.
Enquiries by web form and by email land in a single pipeline.
A written process for intake, one for engagement and one for billing, each with an owner on every step.
Partners, associates and staff trained on the systems they use, with the first progress report scheduled.
Provincial rules apply.

Yes. The template is drawn from your approved text, and the firm decides when a letter goes out.
Whoever you name in the process. The process has an owner for the closing step, and that owner is on your checklist.
Yes. The dashboard groups each enquiry by the type you chose, with its stage and its next step.
Each person is trained on the tools they use in their own work, and your checklist records who has finished.

Running means marketing, sales, operations, automation, AI and software are all working through your signed checklist.
Day 90
Everything on your signed checklist gets done. Your checklist is built from your scope. If less than 70% of it is done by day 30, or by the end of any month, you stop paying until it is, and we keep working. Above 70%, we finish the rest at no extra charge.
By day 90, every hat your roadmap hands to us is off your head, including your software running your business on the 12-month term. If one isn't, you stop paying until it is.
Don't click with a specialist? Tell us and we swap them within 5 business days. No charge, no limit, no reason needed.
Your part: the weekly call for the first 90 days, access to your tools in week one, approvals within 3 business days, your content and photos. Days we spend waiting on you don't count against us.
A billing pause covers your monthly fee. It doesn't cover ad spend, phone and text usage, tools in your name, or work quoted separately.
