Our schedule depends on other trades. Can software cope?
The schedule shows what each job is waiting on, so you see the knock-on when a date moves.
Electrical
For electrical contractors doing $500,000 or more a year with 2 to 49 users.
A schedule that shows what each job is waiting on, job stages that match how you work, and a parts list that carries through to the invoice.
Operations: A start date depends on another trade and on the site being ready, so one slip moves the week and nobody sees the knock-on.
Software: The step a job is waiting on, and the date it is waiting for, live in your head.
Sales: A service call is priced by the visit and a project by its scope, so every estimate starts from a different place.
Automation: Parts lists from a quote are retyped into supplier orders and invoices.
Operations:
We build a schedule that shows what each job is waiting on and what moves if it slips. You stop re-planning the week by phone. Each crew lead opens it on a phone, and it is on your checklist.
Software:
We add job stages that match your process, each with a place for a date. You stop carrying the stage in your head. The stages are on your checklist.
Sales:
We build two quote templates, one for service calls and one for projects, each with your wording and extras. You review both before anyone uses them.
Automation:
We carry the parts list from an accepted quote to the invoice, and the invoice to your accounting tool, so nothing is retyped.
Seven items head your checklist, and each is paired with a plain test for done.
Books, calendar and phone numbers go to us in week one, along with the job software your office runs.
By day 10 the CRM holds your pipeline as inquiry, visit, quote, accepted, scheduled, waiting and done.
Waiting-stage fields on the job record, each with a date.
One schedule that every crew lead can open on a phone.
A link from the parts list to the invoice, and from the invoice to your accounting tool.
Site notes and photos saved to the job record.
Each crew lead trained to use the schedule and read a job's stages.
Tools we connect: QuickBooks or Xero for the books, and Google Calendar for the schedule.
Your job or project software can stay where it is, and the build plan names the points where we link to it.

Day 90
Everything on your signed checklist gets done. Your checklist is built from your scope. If less than 70% of it is done by day 30, or by the end of any month, you stop paying until it is, and we keep working. Above 70%, we finish the rest at no extra charge.
By day 90, every hat your roadmap hands to us is off your head, including your software running your business on the 12-month term. If one isn't, you stop paying until it is.
Don't click with a specialist? Tell us and we swap them within 5 business days. No charge, no limit, no reason needed.
Your part: the weekly call for the first 90 days, access to your tools in week one, approvals within 3 business days, your content and photos. Days we spend waiting on you don't count against us.
A billing pause covers your monthly fee. It doesn't cover ad spend, phone and text usage, tools in your name, or work quoted separately.
