Can it handle a walk-in line beside booked clients?
We write the walk-in rule with you and build the schedule around it.
Hair salons and barbershops
For hair salons and barbershops doing $500,000 or more a year with 2 to 49 users.
Each chair is its own small book of regulars, walk-ins sit beside booked appointments, and a long color service can block a chair for hours. We build the schedule, the walk-in routine and the records around that.
Operations: Each person's hours, chair and regulars live in the owner's head or one spreadsheet, and walk-ins collide with booked clients.
Sales: Inquiries arrive by phone, social message, listing and booking link, and nobody can see which person has gaps next week.
Automation: Retail sales and the day's takings are typed into the books after closing.
Operations:
We map every person's hours and chair into one schedule, write a walk-in routine for your team (who takes a walk-in, and when a booked client comes first) and train the team on it. You stop answering for every chair. Your live checklist shows each written routine as done, and the schedule has been tested on a real week.
Sales:
We build one inbox for the website form, social messages and your Google listing, plus a view of open slots for each person. We train your front desk to book, and the booking conversation stays with them. A test inquiry from each source shows up in the CRM.
Automation:
Card and retail sales flow into your books (Square, Stripe, QuickBooks or Xero, as you use them), and we fix the automations we build when they break. You stop retyping them. Each automation is listed on your checklist.
A salon's checklist opens with six items, and each carries a test for "done".

A salon's software falls into a few families: booking with point of sale, general scheduling and the books.

Yes. Each service has its own length and each chair its own row, so a half-day service holds one chair and leaves the others open.

Day 90
Everything on your signed checklist gets done. Your checklist is built from your scope. If less than 70% of it is done by day 30, or by the end of any month, you stop paying until it is, and we keep working. Above 70%, we finish the rest at no extra charge.
By day 90, every hat your roadmap hands to us is off your head, including your software running your business on the 12-month term. If one isn't, you stop paying until it is.
Don't click with a specialist? Tell us and we swap them within 5 business days. No charge, no limit, no reason needed.
Your part: the weekly call for the first 90 days, access to your tools in week one, approvals within 3 business days, your content and photos. Days we spend waiting on you don't count against us.
A billing pause covers your monthly fee. It doesn't cover ad spend, phone and text usage, tools in your name, or work quoted separately.
