Can we be ready before the busy season?
Your start date decides how much is ready. The capacity page is on your checklist, and your account manager checks the timing with you on the discovery call.
Accounting and bookkeeping
For accounting and bookkeeping practices doing $500,000 or more a year with 2 to 49 users.
The calendar sets your workload. New inquiries, the month-end routine and the spring rush each get a schedule and an owner, so the practice does not rest on one person's spreadsheet.
Sales: Busy weeks push new inquiries to the bottom of the pile, and letters wait with them.
Operations: Recurring monthly work is scheduled in a spreadsheet that one person understands.
Automation: Hours, invoices and client details are copied from the time tool into the accounting tool by hand.
Sales:
We build a pipeline that runs from inquiry to first meeting, engagement letter out, signed and onboarding, with a letter template for each kind of work, drawn from your own wording. We write a one-page capacity plan for the spring rush that names who takes each new client file. You stop writing every letter from scratch. The dashboard shows each inquiry and its stage, and the capacity page is on your checklist.
Operations:
We write the month-end routine as a standard checklist of your own steps, with one owner for each step and due days that you set. These task views are for your staff only. A weekly numbers report shows open jobs by owner. You stop keeping the schedule in one person's head.
Automation:
We connect the tools your practice already uses so details are entered once, and we fix the automations we build when they break.
The month starts with the items below, each with a plain test for "done" that lives on your checklist.
A CRM running by day 10, with a stage for each step from inquiry to onboarding.
Inquiries gathered in one pipeline from your form and your inbox.
The capacity page for the spring rush, with a named owner for each new client file.
Three written processes, for intake and engagement, for the month-end close and for billing, with an owner on every step.
Staff trained on the tools they will use, and the weekly call scheduled.

Running means marketing, sales, operations, automation, AI and software are all working through your signed checklist.
Day 90
Everything on your signed checklist gets done. Your checklist is built from your scope. If less than 70% of it is done by day 30, or by the end of any month, you stop paying until it is, and we keep working. Above 70%, we finish the rest at no extra charge.
By day 90, every hat your roadmap hands to us is off your head, including your software running your business on the 12-month term. If one isn't, you stop paying until it is.
Don't click with a specialist? Tell us and we swap them within 5 business days. No charge, no limit, no reason needed.
Your part: the weekly call for the first 90 days, access to your tools in week one, approvals within 3 business days, your content and photos. Days we spend waiting on you don't count against us.
A billing pause covers your monthly fee. It doesn't cover ad spend, phone and text usage, tools in your name, or work quoted separately.
