Do you connect to carrier portals?
Whatever connects is listed in your build plan by day 10. We promise no portal link before then.
Insurance agencies
For insurance agencies doing $500,000 or more a year with 2 to 49 users.
Quotes, service requests and carriers each get a stage, an owner and a place to look, so the work behind the policies is not carried by one producer.
Sales: A quote goes out late, and nobody can see what is quoted, what is bound and what is lost.
Operations: A change or a document request has no single owner and no status.
Software: Nothing shows which carrier the agency places what with, or who owns each carrier relationship.
Automation: Policy and contact details are retyped between the agency system, the quote tools and the calendar.
Sales:
We build a pipeline staged by client: request in, details gathered, quote in progress, quote sent, bound and lost. A cover sheet for each quote is drawn from your agency's own wording. You stop chasing your inbox for the status of a quote. The dashboard shows each request, its stage and its owner.
Operations:
Each service request gets one owner, a status and a due day that your agency sets. You stop being the default owner of every request. The queue on your dashboard shows an owner against every open item.
Software:
On the 12-month term, one view of your carriers can be built from the build pool: the carrier, the contact, what the agency places there and who owns the relationship. The entries are your agency's.
Automation:
We connect the tools your agency already uses so details are entered once, and we fix the automations we build when they break.
Your checklist begins with the items below, and the plain test for "done" sits next to each on the checklist.

Quote requests from your web form and email arriving in one pipeline, each with an owner.
A service request queue with an owner and a status on every item.
The carrier view, mapped on your build plan.

Producers and service staff trained on their own tools, with the weekly call scheduled.
State rules apply.

Each one has a named owner and a status, so nothing sits without a person's name on it.
Yes. The pipeline groups each request by stage, with its owner.
Your agency does. The queue carries a due day on each open item, and your team fills it in.
Each person learns the tools used in their own work, and your checklist shows who has finished.

Day 30
Running means marketing, sales, operations, automation, AI and software are all working through your signed checklist.
Day 90
Everything on your signed checklist gets done. Your checklist is built from your scope. If less than 70% of it is done by day 30, or by the end of any month, you stop paying until it is, and we keep working. Above 70%, we finish the rest at no extra charge.
By day 90, every hat your roadmap hands to us is off your head, including your software running your business on the 12-month term. If one isn't, you stop paying until it is.
Don't click with a specialist? Tell us and we swap them within 5 business days. No charge, no limit, no reason needed.
Your part: the weekly call for the first 90 days, access to your tools in week one, approvals within 3 business days, your content and photos. Days we spend waiting on you don't count against us.
A billing pause covers your monthly fee. It doesn't cover ad spend, phone and text usage, tools in your name, or work quoted separately.
