Do you write or check our inspection reports?
No. The report and what it finds stay with the inspector. We build the job steps around the report.
Home inspectors
For home inspection firms doing $500,000 or more a year with 2 to 49 users.
One calendar across your inspectors, a board that follows each job, and a count of where your bookings come from.
Operations: Bookings, inspectors and drive times sit in separate calendars.
Software: The steps from booked to report delivered live in each inspector's own habits.
Sales: You do not know which agents and sources the bookings come from until you count by hand.
Calendar:
We connect your calendar to the CRM, so each inspection on the books appears once, in the right inspector's calendar. You stop copying a job into three places. Your live checklist shows the connection working.
Job board:
We build a board that follows each inspection from booked to report delivered, with stages in your words and a checklist for each stage that you write. The report itself stays yours. You stop remembering where each job stands.
Sources:
Each booking carries a source, such as an agent, your website or a past customer, and a monthly view counts the bookings by source. Your progress report shows that view each month.
Marketing:
We plan and write posts and guides for the home buyers who are choosing an inspector, on a plan you sign off. Published guides appear on your live checklist.
Your checklist begins with the items below, each with a plain test for "done" written next to it.
A CRM running by day 10, holding past customers, the agents who send work and other partners, with a source field on every booking.

Your part: the weekly call for the first 90 days, access to your tools in week one, approvals within 3 business days, your content and photos. Days we spend waiting on you don't count against us.
