Do you set my nightly rates?
No. You decide your rates and your seasons. We build the place where they live.
Short-term rental management
For short-term rental management companies doing $500,000 or more a year with 2 to 49 users.
The checkout, the next check-in and the person assigned to clean sit on one board, and your season dates and rate card live in one place.
Operations: Turnover scheduling is a sheet that only one person understands.
Automation: Season dates and nightly rates are changed by hand in several places.
Marketing: Property owners who might hire a manager find little to read about you.
Turnovers:
We build a board that lists each checkout, the next check-in, the person assigned to clean and a tick for done. You stop rebuilding the week by hand. Your live checklist shows turnovers being ticked off on the board.
Seasons and rates:
We keep your season dates and the rate card you decide in one place your team works from. Susanoo does not set your rates. The page you edit matches your own sheet on your checklist.
Owner-facing marketing:
We plan and write guides and posts for owners comparing short-stay managers, on a plan you approve. You no longer draft them between turnovers. Each owner guide is logged on your checklist when it goes up.
The month starts with the items below, and each one has a plain test for "done" on your checklist.
A CRM and a property list by day 10, with each property linked to its owner, your coordinator, the cleaner and the maintenance contact.
The turnover board.
The season calendar and the rate card.
A first guide for property owners, drafted.
Your team trained, and the weekly count of open turnovers on one dashboard.
Tools we connect: Google Calendar for your calendar, and Google Business Profile for your business profile.
Your channel manager and your bookings system stay in use.
Tool names belong to their owners. Susanoo is not affiliated with them.
State rules apply.

We build the turnover board for your coordinators, with the person assigned to clean shown on every turnover.
Each checkout and the next check-in sit on the board together, with the person assigned and a done tick, so the turnover is one line.

Day 90
Everything on your signed checklist gets done. Your checklist is built from your scope. If less than 70% of it is done by day 30, or by the end of any month, you stop paying until it is, and we keep working. Above 70%, we finish the rest at no extra charge.
By day 90, every hat your roadmap hands to us is off your head, including your software running your business on the 12-month term. If one isn't, you stop paying until it is.
Don't click with a specialist? Tell us and we swap them within 5 business days. No charge, no limit, no reason needed.
Your part: the weekly call for the first 90 days, access to your tools in week one, approvals within 3 business days, your content and photos. Days we spend waiting on you don't count against us.
A billing pause covers your monthly fee. It doesn't cover ad spend, phone and text usage, tools in your name, or work quoted separately.
