Billing and invoices

Invoices come to you by email from billing@susanoo.ai. Look for that address in your inbox, and check your spam folder if you cannot find one.

Invoices are sent by email, so make sure the address we have for you is one you check. If it changes, raise a ticket and tell us the new one.

To update a card or see past invoices, use the link in any invoice email. Keep an invoice email handy for this.

Send billing questions to billing@susanoo.ai, or raise a ticket and choose Normal urgency. Say which invoice you are asking about, if you can, so we look at the right one.

Normal urgency is the right choice for billing questions. We reply within 4 business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern.
