Bookmark it so it is easy to find, and use the same address each time you log in.
If you cannot log in
Choose "Forgot password" on the login page and follow the steps. If you are still stuck, raise a ticket and we will help.
Keep passwords private
Never send a password in a ticket or an email. If we need access to one of your accounts, we will send you a safe way to share it.
Adding or removing a team member
To add or remove a team member, raise a ticket with their name, email and role.
If there is a date they should start or stop, include it in the ticket.
