Who handles the first visit, the treatment and the aftercare booking?
The hand-off steps name one person for each part, and you sign them before anything is built.
Med spa and aesthetics
For med spas and aesthetic clinics in Canada with several practitioners, doing $500,000 or more a year with 2 to 49 users.
Consultations, treatments, aftercare bookings and the retail shelf all run on the same few people's hours.
Sales: A consultation ends, the estimate is late, and then the person goes quiet.
Automation: Package balances, memberships and retail sales sit in different tools.
Operations: The hand-off from consultation to treatment lives in one head.
Marketing: Every public item needs a licensed approval, so nothing gets posted.
Software: You cannot see package balances owed, membership counts and retail on one page.
Operations:
We write the steps for who handles each part of a booking: the first visit, the treatment, the aftercare booking and the retail sale. You sign the steps before any training starts. The steps cover handling only and assign no clinical duties.
Your checklist shows the signed steps and the training together.
Sales:
We write an estimate template for each package and membership, ready to send the same day as a consultation, and train your team to run a consultation as a sale. The selling stays with you.
Automation:
We connect the booking, payment and accounting tools you approve, so package balances, memberships and retail sales meet in one place. Recurring billing for memberships runs on the renewal and cancellation terms you write.
Marketing:
We draft posts, and the licensed owner approves each one before it goes out. Before-and-after content and review requests stay off unless you turn them on.
Software:
One owner view shows package balances owed, membership counts and retail together.
After a consultation, a follow-up in wording you approve sends itself from your own system. No one at Susanoo contacts your clients.
Eight items start your checklist, and each one comes with a plain test for "done".
Week one access covers your phone numbers, payment tool, accounting tool, website and listing profile.
An information map you sign, so no patient health information goes into the CRM.
The steps for the hand-off from consultation to treatment, written and signed by you.
An estimate template for each package and membership, in wording you approve.
A CRM running by day 10, with a stage for each step of an enquiry.
An approval step for every public item, with the approver and the date on each post.
The owner view of package balances, memberships and retail.
Everyone named in the hand-off steps trained on them.
Stripe and Square are the payments tools, QuickBooks and Xero hold the books, and Google Business Profile carries your listing.
Your booking and charting software stays in place, and so does your membership, package and retail point of sale.
Tool names belong to their owners. Susanoo is not affiliated with them.
Provincial rules apply.
The hand-off steps name one person for each part, and you sign them before anything is built.
Yes. The steps are written so anyone named in them can follow them, and the training is an item on your checklist.
No. What we write covers the business side of booking and hand-offs, and the clinical work stays with your practitioners.
Not yet. The line for this plan is $500,000 a year, several practitioners and 2 to 49 users. Your roadmap and free guides are there for you meanwhile.
The hand-off from consultation to treatment. It is the first written procedure on your checklist, and the team is trained on it.
That is your call and your profession's. The feature is off by default, and the licensed owner approves each post.
We connect the tools you approve, write the steps and set up renewals on the terms you write. We do not sell your packages. The selling stays with you.
Your own system does, in wording you approve before anything goes out. No one at Susanoo contacts your clients.
There is no US page for med spas yet. Your roadmap still helps, and we check fit with you on the discovery call.

Day 30
Running means marketing, sales, operations, automation, AI and software are all working through your signed checklist.
Day 90
Everything on your signed checklist gets done. Your checklist is built from your scope. If less than 70% of it is done by day 30, or by the end of any month, you stop paying until it is, and we keep working. Above 70%, we finish the rest at no extra charge.
By day 90, every hat your roadmap hands to us is off your head, including your software running your business on the 12-month term. If one isn't, you stop paying until it is.
Don't click with a specialist? Tell us and we swap them within 5 business days. No charge, no limit, no reason needed.
Your part: the weekly call for the first 90 days, access to your tools in week one, approvals within 3 business days, your content and photos. Days we spend waiting on you don't count against us.
A billing pause covers your monthly fee. It doesn't cover ad spend, phone and text usage, tools in your name, or work quoted separately.
